Information we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver our services and communicate with you. That falls into a few small categories.
Contact information you give us directly: your name, business email, company name, and anything you choose to share in a message or booking form.
Project information we receive while working with you: the data you share so we can scope and build your AI solution. This is only ever used for your project.
Technical information collected automatically: browser type, anonymized IP, and pages viewed on hushthrive.com. We use this to understand how the site is used and improve it.
How we use your information
To deliver the services you asked for. If you book a free audit, we use your answers to prepare a report. If you become a client, we use your data to build and operate the solution we agreed on.
To communicate with you about the work: send reports, schedule calls, notify you about changes that affect your project.
To improve hushthrive.com and our content. We look at aggregated, anonymized metrics to understand what's working on our site and what isn't.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not use it to train models for other clients.
Data retention
We keep your contact information for as long as it takes to finish the conversation or deliver the project you hired us for. Once we're done, we delete or anonymize information that is no longer useful.
Some data must be kept longer by law, such as invoicing and tax records. For those we follow the applicable retention periods set by Romanian and EU law.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, ask us to delete it, export it in a portable format, and object to how we use it.

Third parties we work with
We use a small set of service providers to run our business: email delivery, invoicing, hosting, and analytics. Each of them only sees the information they need to do their job, and we only work with providers that meet GDPR requirements.
On request, we will share a current list of subprocessors with clients before a project starts.
Security
We treat your information with the same care we'd want for our own. That means encryption in transit and at rest wherever possible, access limited to the people who need it, and regular reviews of how we handle and store data.
No system is perfectly secure, but we design ours to fail safely and recover cleanly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as our business evolves. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant and affects how we use data you've already shared, we will contact you directly before it takes effect.
